Reopening of Churches for Mass:

For the coming weeks we will continue with the church open for Mass on Sundays at 10.30 a.m. and on Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.00 p.m. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays Mass will be celebrated but not open to the public. These times may have to change from time to time for Funerals etc. but we will keep you informed as best we can through the Parish Newsletter and Website. All Masses will continue to be live streamed.

As we welcome you back we ask you to be aware of the following regulations: Wear a face covering on entering the church. Enter and Exit by separate doors. Sanitize hands on entry and exit. Observe One Metre+ Social Distancing. The church can hold a maximum of 58 people, Sit on Seats marked with Green Spots. Family Members may sit together. There will be: No Singing at Mass. No handshake at the Sign of Peace. No Communion from the Chalice. Communion to be received on the hand. The Toilets will not be open. Follow the Stewards instructions.

Several people have asked how you can continue giving to your parish during the pandemic. PLEASE DO NOT WORRY. We appreciate the many difficulties and hardships that people are going through, with many out of work.

If, however, you feel you can make a contribution at this time, a standing order is the easiest option for your regular giving. This can be done via online banking, or by completing and sending a paper Standing Order form to your Bank. In either case, please contact Phil Hood on 01785 211701 and he will help you.

Alternatively, you may like to give a one-off donation. You will need access to the internet for this. Go to the Diocesan Website at www.birminghamdiocese.org.uk and click on the red DONATE button on the top right hand corner. This will allow you to give by credit or debit card.

Christian Food Help:

Unfortunately it is not possible to arrange collections from Gnosall at present, but as things progress and the easing of lockdown continues we will be in a position to give you more information at a later date.

Local News: We have not been able to meet as a group since the beginning of the year and are considering having a Zoom session. However many of us are not able to use the facility so it is likely we could arrange a gathering in one of our gardens during August, which would only take place as long as social distances can be supported. We will make contact regarding this by email as soon as it can be arranged.
